STEP 1: Take a coin-sized amount of the shampoo and apply it to wet hair.

STEP 2: Massage the shampoo from scalp to ends, while deeply inhaling its therapeutic essential oils. Rinse thoroughly with water (repeat if needed). Might need 2-3 washes if hair is oiled. Natural oil-based shampoos lather less, but are healthier for scalp.

STEP 3: Use 2-3 times a week, or as required. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, immediately rinse with water and discontinue use.
