How BLC™ works

At the centre of every product in this bundle is our Barrier Lipid Complex™ (BLC™) — a proprietary blend naturally rich in essential fatty acids. These lipids support the skin's natural barrier-repair processes, improve moisture retention, and supports healthier barrier function over time. 

Research has shown that linoleic-acid-rich oils can support the skin's natural ceramide production pathways. By supplying these essential fatty acids, BLC™ helps provide the raw materials the skin needs to maintain a healthier, more resilient barrier. 

How the supportive actives work

Hemp Seed Oil is exceptionally rich in linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) — the two essential fatty acids most deficient in eczema and psoriatic skin. 

Virgin Coconut Oil (Lauric Acid) has well-documented antimicrobial action against S. aureus — the bacterium most associated with eczema flare-ups and secondary infection. 

Frankincense (Boswellic Acid) is a clinically studied anti-inflammatory that inhibits the inflammatory pathway responsible for itching and redness. 

Aloe Vera Distillate reduces redness, calms active itch, and restores hydration during flare cycles. Human-tested for eczema and dermatitis.

Tea Tree (Terpinen-4-ol) provides targeted antifungal and antimicrobial action, reducing microbial triggers that worsen both eczema and psoriasis.

Beeswax (Ultra Healing Cream) forms a breathable occlusive layer over the most damaged skin and prevents moisture loss.

Our Eczema and Psoriasis Complete Care Bundle is formulated without harsh or synthetic ingredients that can worsen sensitive or inflamed skin:

❌ Steroids, salicylic acid, glycolic acid 

❌ Mineral oil, petrolatum, and paraffin-based fillers 

❌ Silicones (like dimethicone) that block renewal and suffocate healing skin 

❌ Triglycerides, propylene glycol, and other synthetic glycols 

❌ PEG compounds, triethanolamine (TEA), and diethanolamine (DEA) 

❌ Parabens and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives 

❌ Synthetic fragrances, perfumes, and artificial colourants 

❌ Oxybenzome, homosalate, octocrylene, and other sensitising chemical filters 

❌ Drying alcohols that strip and weaken already compromised skin

Step 1: Restorative Oil — Treatment (twice daily, on affected areas)

• Spray or apply directly onto active patches or any inflamed area
• Massage gently using fingertips
• Do not rinse — this is a leave-on treatment oil
• For severe patches, mix with Skin Softening Body Oil in a 1:2 ratio and apply to wider areas

Step 2: Skin Softening Body Oil — Nourishment (daily, whole body)

• Massage over the whole body after bathing, while skin is still slightly damp
• Use alone for body hydration, or blended with a small amount of Restorative Oil for enhanced healing on affected areas
• Do not rinse

Step 3: Ultra Healing Cream — Flare Control (as often as needed)

• Apply to the most tender, dry, or cracked areas: fingers, soles, inner knees, elbows, face, lips
• Use as often as required — AM and PM at minimum
