Morning: Shower → Pat skin slightly damp → Apply 2–3 pumps of Daily Repair Body Oil, focusing on rough patches, marks or bumps → Dress once absorbed

Night: Shower or rinse → Apply 2–3 pumps the same way → This is when skin repairs itself fastest, so a second layer overnight supports deeper barrier repair

Amount: 2–3 pumps comfortably cover large areas like the back, legs and arms, mix 2 pumps of this oil with 1 pump of Restorative Oil for easier, lighter spreading.

Layering note: Apply on damp skin  for the oil to sink in better.. If you’re using a dedicated treatment like Restorative Oil for an active flare-up, apply that first on the affected area, then use this oil over the rest of the body. Or mix them in a 2:1 ratio and apply.

Consistency: Once daily for general care, twice daily on active psoriasis, eczema, KP or pigmented areas. Visible improvement in itch and texture within 3–4 weeks; pigmentation and bumps take longer, allow 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
