Night: Cleanse → Apply toner / serum / actives (optional) → Apply Barrier Repair Cream

Amount: A pea-sized amount is sufficient for full face. A little goes a long way.

Layering note: Can be applied over serums as the final moisturising step. If you're using strong actives, applying BRC after helps reduce chances of irritation.

Consistency: Twice daily. Visible results typically appear within 3 weeks with regular use.

💡 During a barrier reset phase (after over-exfoliation or a skin reaction), use morning and night without other actives for the first two weeks. Reintroduce actives gradually once the skin feels calm and stable.
