Morning: Apply a thin layer to itchy, dry or flaky areas after your shower, on skin, scalp or hairline as needed → Let it absorb fully, do not wash off.

Amount: A small amount goes a long way, massage gently until fully absorbed, no need to rub hard

For scalp use: Part hair in sections and apply directly to the scalp, hairline, forehead or ears, this lotion is lightweight enough to use on the scalp without weighing hair down

Layering note: Can be used alongside a treatment oil like Restorative Oil, apply the treatment oil first on active patches, then use this lotion over the surrounding area for ongoing itch relief and hydration

Consistency: Use 2–3 times daily, or as often as needed when itching flares up. Most people feel itch relief within 1–2 weeks; visible improvement in redness and flaking takes 4–6 weeks. For chronic concerns, daily use for at least 3 months supports long-term results.
