Psoriasis patches, eczema flare-ups, and severely dry or cracked skin are all associated with a compromised skin barrier. When the barrier loses its protective lipids, moisture escapes more easily, irritants can penetrate the skin, and cycles of dryness, scaling, itch, and discomfort become hard to manage.

Ultra Healing Cream is designed to support barrier repair, not just provide temporary surface relief.

How BLC™ works

At the core of every jar is our Barrier Lipid Complex™ (BLC™), a proprietary blend rich in essential fatty acids. BLC™ helps replenish barrier lipids, support the skin's natural ceramide-producing processes, and improve long-term moisture retention. The result is skin that feels more comfortable and better able to defend itself against future flare-ups.

How the supporting actives work

Castor Oil (ricinoleic acid) penetrates deeply into thickened, plaque-bearing skin, softening hardened keratin, reducing scaling, and easing the painful cracking. 

Virgin Coconut Oil (lauric acid) selectively targets Staphylococcus aureus — the bacteria strongly associated with eczema flare severity 

Frankincense (boswellic acids) contributes anti-inflammatory action without the systemic effects of steroids.

Tea Tree (terpinen-4-ol) provides antifungal and antiseptic action, reducing microbial overgrowth

Our Ultra Healing Cream is formulated without harsh or synthetic ingredients that can worsen sensitive, inflamed, or barrier-compromised skin:

❌ Steroids, salicylic acid, and synthetic anti-inflammatory agents 

❌ Mineral oil, petrolatum, and paraffin-based ingredients 

❌ Silicones (like dimethicone) that prevent skin renewal and clog pores 

❌ Synthetic fragrances, artificial perfumes, and added colourants 

❌ Parabens and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives 

❌ PEG compounds, triethanolamine (TEA), or diethanolamine (DEA) 

❌ Sulfates (SLS/SLES) and harsh detergent surfactants 

❌ Drying alcohols that disrupt the skin barrier 

❌ Emulsifiers and fillers with no therapeutic value

Apply directly to patches - Scoop a pea-sized amount and apply directly to the affected patch. Massage gently with fingertips using circular motions until absorbed. Use sparingly — a little goes a long way with this concentrated formulation.

Frequency Apply 2–3 times daily, or as often as required throughout the day during active flare-ups. It is safe for repeated daily application.

For nail psoriasis: Apply around and gently under the nail bed with clean fingertips.

For the face: Apply a very small amount to psoriasis patches, eczema areas, or dry inflamed skin. Safe to use on lips and inside the ear.

Consistency matters most with chronic skin conditions. Use daily for a minimum of 6 months for lasting barrier repair. If you have a diagnosed medical condition or experience any irritation, consult your dermatologist before use
