We believe what's NOT in your cream matters as much as what is. This formula is free from:

1. Parabens (methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben): Endocrine-disrupting preservatives linked to hormonal disruption, a known trigger for hormonal acne.
2. Sulphates (SLS, SLES): Harsh surfactants that strip the skin's natural lipids, leaving acne-prone and sensitive skin more reactive
3. Mineral oil & petrolatum: Heavy, occlusive agents that can feel congesting on acne-prone skin and sit on the surface without communicating with it.
4. Artificial fragrances & parfum: The single leading cause of contact dermatitis and sensitisation in reactive and rosacea-prone skin.
5. Synthetic dyes & colourants: No functional benefit, only irritation risk for skin that's already inflamed or breaking out.
6. Phthalates: Plasticisers used in fragranced products, classified as potential endocrine disruptors.

Amount: A pea-sized amount is sufficient for full face. A little goes a long way.

Layering note: Can be applied over serums as the final moisturising step. If you're using strong actives, applying BRC after helps reduce chances of irritation.

Consistency: Twice daily. Visible results typically appear within 3 weeks with regular use.

💡 During a barrier reset phase (after over-exfoliation or a skin reaction), use morning and night without other actives for the first two weeks. Reintroduce actives gradually once the skin feels calm and stable.
